Bora demonstrates the future of kitchen technology at architect@work

* Bora-demonstrates.jpgShowcasing the latest innovations in cooking technology, Bora exhibited at the recent architect@work in London, with live demonstrations of its new cooktops creating a talking point among the show's visitors.

The show's theme, future-proof, was apt for the appliance manufacturer, which is revolutionising the kitchen with its cooktop extractor system. A working model of the new Bora Professional 2.0 was displayed throughout architect@work, which ran from 30th - 31st January.

With a streamlined appearance, the cooktop and extractor system prevents cooking vapours and odours from rising by drawing them away downwards exactly where they arise, so that it feels like cooking with fresh air.

Equipped with intelligent touch operation, the Bora Professional 2.0 is significantly quieter than conventional extractor hoods, and has no annoying head-height extractor hood giving a new freedom for kitchen architecture.

The Bora stand was busy with visitors throughout the exhibition, with Willi Bruckbaer, Founder of Bora, commenting: "Architect@work was a very successful show for Bora, as we met with many architects, many of whom now have appointments booked to see our full range at the Bora Lab, where they can enjoy some live cooking demonstrations and see more of our products in action."
