Brexit or Flexit - InHouse opens impressive new HQ, showroom and training facility for UK retailers
At a time when other companies are approaching Brexit with caution, InHouse Inspired Room Design opens the doors to an innovative new headquarters, training facility, conference centre and retailer showroom, showcasing Europe's leading kitchen, bedroom and bathroom brands.
With over 650sq.m of floorspace and an impressive 63 displays, the new Hexham based headquarters acts as an extended showroom for over 500 independent InHouse retailers, who are able to invite customers to view the very latest furniture ranges, appliances and innovations. InHouse represent Schüller, next125, Pelipal, Geha, Aster Cucine, Steel Cucina and designer extractor brand, Wave.
The £2 million investment represents the company's belief that the key to success in any climate is working with the very best brands, and an innovative approach to supporting retailers. With the official trade opening planned for early March, this move kickstarts a much-needed boost for independent retailers.
Managing director, Wayne Dance, says: "There is a lot of unnecessary scaremongering in the market right now, but with almost all kitchen and bathrooms manufactured with European components, it's important to remind ourselves that Europe needs Britain as much as we need Europe.

The new premises allow us to really focus on delivering what the independent retail really needs".
The new headquarters includes a competence training centre for German kitchen brands Schüller and next125, that provides ongoing training to retailers and fitters. An already impressive track record in transforming the experience of independent dealers working with international brands, the package continues to include free customisable marketing and promotional material. With a free national advertising, marketing and PR programme, retailers benefit from the same brand awareness and lead generation only accessible to national and multi-national brands.
"Our exclusive network of InHouse retailers also benefit from ongoing support, telephone access, showroom visits and opportunities for factory visits in Germany, mitigating the isolation often experienced by the independents," says Wayne.
