Fulgor Milano partners with Euroline to enter the UK market

Italian appliance manufacturer Fulgor Milano has formed an exclusive partnership with UK importer Euroline to enter the UK market. Fulgor Milano, which celebrates its 70th anniversary this year, already has a strong presence worldwide - particularly in the US, and the launch into the UK is part of its continuing global expansion plans.

The company produces a broad selection of premium range cookers, built-inovens, built-in compact ovens, built-in compact wine coolers, refrigeration, induction hobs, gas hobs and outdoor barbecues.

"The UK represents a key market for us and we're delighted to be partnering with Euroline," says Fulgor Milano's international sales director Antonio Brotto (pictured right). "This year is a significant one for the company - not only are we launching into the UK, but we're marking our 70th anniversary, too."

Euroline managing director Nigel Jacobs (pictured left) says: "We're extremely excited to be bringing Fulgor Milano's products to market in the UK. "The company's portfolio is of the highestquality, and so far the response from customers has been enormously positive."

Fulgor Milano products have already been installed in Euroline's 1,500sq.ft showroom in Colchester, Essex, with customers able to visit the showroom by appointment.

Among the first products to be launched in the UK are the Combined Seam Oven and Hybrid Gas/Induction Hob.

Fulgor Milano was established in 1949 as a coal stoves manufacturer, and subsequently evolved into a producer of cookers, hobs, and built-in ovens. It was acquired by Meneghetti SPA in 2009 and is owned by the Meneghetti family, with founder Ampelio Meneghetti acting as company president, his daughter Martina acting as managing director, and son Gianni acting as general manager. Headquartered in Bassano Del Grappa in the Vicenza area in Veneto, it employs around 270 people in two manufacturing plants, with production facilities of 25,000 square metres. It now has a global presence, with products distributed in all five continents.

Euroline is the exclusive UK importer of premium Italian appliance brands Fulgor Milano, Falmec, and Barazza, and Mexican appliance brand IoMabe. The company is privately owned and was founded by Nigel Jacobs in 2000. Euroline has its 3,000sq.ft head office and 1,500sq.ft showroom in Colchester, Essex, 16 staff and a dedicated team offering a professional and personal service. It endeavours to hold stock and deliver to customers within one - three weeks of receipt of orders, with large items such as refrigeration and range cookers delivered using a two-man crew.
