Schmidt's Arcos Supermat kitchen combines innovative storage with a rich red finish
Whether it's a low maintenance design for family living, a contemporary look for first-time buyers or a seamless, fuss-free finish for compact spaces, the Arcos Supermat range from Schmidt is the perfect choice for all homeowners.
In line with the current trend for matt-finish cabinets, the collection has an ultra-matt effect and is available in five striking shades, including this claret red-style Sirra tone, which complements on-trend black built-in appliances and wooden herringbone flooring.
Keeping the kitchen sleek and clutter-free, the design can incorporate all sorts of ingenious storage solutions. Along with tall floor-to-ceiling cupboards and larder units, there is also the option of a handy internal drawer beneath the hob, deep pan drawers for pots, pans, baking trays and other bulky cookware, 'floating' cupboards on the rear of the practical peninsular and plenty of interior fittings to make the most of every inch.
The extra-deep 700mm drawers in the peninsular unit demonstrate how wonderfully versatile Schmidt base units are. They are available in four depths and widths to the nearest millimetre at no extra cost for the first three units (on selected ranges) as well as heights from 520mm to 910mm. This 3D FIT concept prioritises made-to-measure widths, heights and depths to help you get the most out of your available space, however large or small, in order to generate extra storage where and when it's needed.
To complement the Arcos Supermat design in this sophisticated Sirra shade, a made-to-measure laminate worksurface in Nano Black is used for the offset breakfast bar, which features rounded corners for safety and is extremely resistant to fingerprints - two great features for families with young children. The marble-look Ceramic Marquinia worktop area around the hob also adds a luxurious touch in keeping with the trend for marbling in interiors.
Arcos Supermat is not only perfect for family living but it's also great for those who love to entertain. As well as plenty of storage solutions, it offers a sleek, contemporary look which is easy to care for and easy to clean. Along with the rich red Sirra colourway, the design is also available in Sencha (green), Everest (white), Caneo (dark grey) and Black, so there's something for every decor and every design style.
