BiKBBI and BMA cement international relationships

* BIKBBI-cements-Suzie.jpgThe British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation and the Bathroom Manufacturers Association have partnered with the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), the North American authority on all things residential kitchens and bathrooms, on its NKBA Global Connect Alliance Programme.

This international strategic collaboration connects associations and organisations serving the kitchen and bathroom marketplace to encourage a global exchange of current and forward-thinking insights and information.

"We had the pleasure of being involved with last year's NKBA Global Connect Conference and it was a huge success,” notes Damian Walters, CEO of the BiKBBI. “When we were approached to partner again, it was an obvious decision as it allows us to network with similar organisations and partners across the world.

BMA CEO, Tom Reynolds, says:

“We had a hugely successful collaboration with the NKBA at our conference last year, which saw the NKBA Global Connect Conference take place the day before our own event at Carden Park. So when we were approached with the opportunity to continue the partnership, we didn’t hesitate.”

Inaugural NKBA Global Connect Alliance members include: Association of German Kitchen Manufacturers, Bathroom Manufacturers Association and the Association of the German Furniture Industry.

These associations and organisations will collaborate with the NKBA to offer omni-directional support to North American NKBA Global Connect brands wishing to expand their international presence, as well as supporting the NKBA Global Connect Subscription programme with their member companies.

Suzie Williford, EVP and chief strategy officer of NKBA (pictured), says: "We are really excited to welcome these four fabulous associations to our NKBA Global Connect Alliance program.

"We have already built a solid relationship with each and are very much looking forward to continuing to grow the kitchen and bath marketplace - worldwide - with these excellent partners. We all have much to gain by collaborating with friends and colleagues who have a deep understanding of their constituents and individual markets."
