BC Designs strengthens bath collection with Chalice Minor bath

* BC-DESIGNS-Chalice-Minor1.jpgBC Designs, which several weeks ago brought back 100% of its employees from furlough to support international expansion, has strengthened its freestanding bath offering with the launch of the Chalice Minor bath.

Offering retailers plenty of features, the Chalice Minor bath is made using the company's unique Acrymite system for a seamless, glossy finish.

Providing a large bathing space and 240 litre capacity, (1650mm x 900mm x 590mm deep) the bath also features a slim rim and no tap ledge to give generous space inside.

BC Designs' Acrymite system is formed of an inner and outer top quality acrylic sheet. The acrylic sheets are formed seamlessly so you see no join lines and there is no gel-coat on the outside of these baths so scratches can be easily removed.

* Chalice-Minor-2.jpgAlready present in European Countries, BC Designs tells us it has received several significant sales enquiries from the Middle East where demand for * BC_Darren-Allison.jpgBritish products and quality is growing. The company is also currently developing a new collection of products aimed at the US market.

"Lockdown presented us with a unique opportunity to revisit and refocus our business strategy,” reveals Darren Allison, managing director at BC Designs.

"We have strong growth plans and one area which will allow us to achieve this is through increasing our presence and sales in the international arena.

"The senior management has since taken the decision to invest heavily in key markets including the Middle East and the USA, of which we have already started to see the benefits. Since June 1st, we have already secured housing and hotel contracts in Ireland, with plans to continue to invest heavily in the country.

"However, this has only been possible by bringing back all our staff off furlough to ensure we have knowledgeable sales and customer service staff to meet demand both in the UK and abroad."
