Four new members join KBSA

* Four-join_Sandra-Johnson.jpgThe Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association has welcomed four more new members in the last few weeks, continuing the rise in membership, with 12 new showrooms joining the Association in the last five months.

The new independent retailers are Staffordshire Kitchens; Minister Kitchens, Bathrooms & Bedrooms; Urban Haus Design Studio, and SB Plumbing. All four were looking for the added assurance that membership brings to customers looking to invest in their homes as lockdown eases.

"KBSA membership gives our customers peace of mind that they are dealing with a bona-fide company,” says David Minster from Minster Kitchens, Bathrooms & Bedrooms, while Sandra Johnson from Staffordshire Kitchens (pictured) adds:

"I joined KBSA, as being affiliated or recommended by a professional body, helps to boost consumer confidence. In addition, for the business owner, the KBSA is a great support network especially with guidance on working safely during Covid-19 as well as guidance on customer contracts. KBSA helps to give me peace of mind that I am part of a professional body working with good ethics and codes of conduct."

Stuart Barber from SB Plumbing also values being part of the Association and believes that it helps his business stand apart from the competition.

KBSA National Account Manager Allister Reed says: "We are delighted to welcome four more new members. Independent retailers are finding the support we can provide during these uncertain times extremely valuable."
