BiKBBI welcomes Anthill as latest sponsor
Continuing what has been a busy month for The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation, Anthill Software has been unveiled as the latest corporate sponsor, as the Government-sanctioned Institute continues to grow.
Anthill specialises in CRM, process management and automation with a technology that focuses on how companies and their customers interact.
Its software is highly customisable, providing customers with a consistent experience across different channels, teams and locations, enabling organisations to ‘bridge the gap between companies and their customers’ improving efficiency and consistency.
The organisation’s sponsorship of BiKBBI is incredibly exciting, as the software is a great tool for individual operators and larger retailers and suppliers alike. Anthill uses technology as an enabler of a great experience, which helps staff perform to the best of their ability, make smarter decisions, and accelerate growth.
Working with KBB retailers and distributers for over 12 years, Anthill has continuously progressed the way in which CRM and workflow systems work to cater for KBB specific companies.
Anthill founder and CEO John Endeacott (pictured) says: "Working alongside and collaborating with the BiKBBI provides a fantastic opportunity for Anthill to build upon the solid foundation of growth we've seen across the KBB sector.
“Our mission is to help KBB organisations provide a consistent customer experience across teams, channels and locations and through this partnership, we can expand our voice within the community and continue to add value to professional installers, retailers, manufacturers, suppliers and distributors.
“Joining forces with BiKBBI will undoubtedly help us to achieve this and allow us to introduce our technology to an audience with a compelling product fit."
Speaking on behalf of BiKBBI, Erin Sealy adds: "Anthill has a proven track record of working within the KBB sector and we have seen first-hand how its systems integration can change the efficiency of an organisation. We're proud to be working with John and his team on the ProtectMyInstall initiative, changing the face of installations here in the UK."
