Foyne Jones appoints Paul Da Silva, as its new KBB development consultant
Foyne Jones, executive search and talent acquisition service provider for the KBB, Builders Merchant & Construction Sales Industries, once again strengthens its core market with the appointment of Paul Da Silva, as its new KBB development consultant.
Bringing unrivalled experience and already established connections for the company to draw upon, Paul will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining key accounts across the North of England, Midlands and Scotland.
Alongside his previous leadership role as regional sales development manager at Travis Perkins, Benchmarx Kitchen & Joinery, Paul also worked as a kitchen industry expert, advising financial institutions on potential investments. With a wealth of knowledge in store management, regional sales development and business planning, Paul is keen to harness his extensive industry experience in home improvement and the kitchen trade to ignite new opportunities and partnerships for the expanding team at Foyne Jones and Jones Digital.
"In the current market, the need for our industry to collaborate is critical and as a result, it is fundamental for key players and influencers to pull together like never before," says Peter Jones, managing director at Foyne Jones. "Personally, I have known Paul for longer than I care to remember and he brings with him a lifetime of KBB and Merchanting experience, as well a unique approach and compelling personality, which is the perfect fit for our brands and business.
"As a business, we are very excited to have him join our team, where he will be working closely with myself across all activities relating to Foyne Jones, Jones Digital and Virtual 360 Showroom Tours.
"Paul's ability to see the next big thing makes him the ideal ambassador for all of these brands and we will continue to offer the industry unparalleled support to ensure we all come through this pandemic stronger together.”
Says Paul: "I have always admired the dynamic energy Peter Jones brings to recruitment and career transition and with a vested interest in learning and development, I feel empowered to become an instrumental part of bringing fresh talent to the KBB and construction industry.
“I aim to completely raise the bar with new recruitment partnerships, as well as support the transformation of digital marketing within an industry I know and love. In doing so, we hope to ultimately unite the efforts being made by Foyne Jones in the South of England with the North."
