CME launches new sanitaryware catalogue

An new product catalogue is now available from CME, A Wirquin Group company, in an easy-reference format that will help customers to quickly and easily select products to meet their specific project requirements.

The 120 page catalogue is divided into six sections to reflect CME's comprehensive product range including toilet seats, flushing, in wall frames, wastes & connectors, wetrooms and greywater systems.

Since the acquisition of CME Sanitary Systems by the Wirquin Group in the early part of 2011, the company has expanded its range significantly with some of the most popular products from its parent company, all of which can be found in this latest catalogue.

"This is our most comprehensive catalogue to date and it has been designed to act as a single easy reference point for the trade to source sanitaryware products for a wide range of applications," says Marketing Manager at CME, Manjit Lall. "We are looking forward to the response from customers."
The catalogue features high quality photography and technical information relating to specific products, making it ideal for helping merchants, plumbers and the OEM sector to find exactly what they need.

With water efficiency a high priority, the catalogue makes it simple to select from a wide range of innovative products and clearly indicates where independent accreditation has been awarded.

This includes products which have been approved to feature on the Water Technology List which, when installed, enable companies to claim against their water saving investment under the Enhanced Capital Allowance Water Scheme.

Among the water efficient devices featured is the innovative Macdee Aquasave concealed cistern, which features a pneumatic multi flush and a delayed action inlet valve. This valve prevents the cistern refilling during flushing and wasting the refill water in the initial flush, therefore saving a significant amount of water over the year.

The catalogue also contains details of the award-winning Ecoplay System, which recycles 'greywater' from baths and showers to flush WCs. Ecoplay offers a simple way of achieving the water efficiency requirements of Level 3 and 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, without any other water restriction devices needed.

In addition, the catalogue shows how CME is a specialist in supplying specially designed toilet seats to the healthcare and education sectors. The new catalogue highlights ranges that meet with Document M requirements, as well as those with innovative features such as quick release hinges for ease of cleaning, and anti-microbial technology to prevent the spread of infection.

With the continuing trend towards minimalism in the bathroom, the catalogue contains details of CME's Advanced In Wall Frame Systems, which keep the plumbing systems hidden. This includes the new Intramurous and Family ranges of hydraulic self-adjustable frame systems, suitable for those with disabilities and the latter for use by households with young children.

Building on the trend towards wetrooms, the catalogue also contains details of CME's wetroom drainage systems, which combine effective drainage with a contemporary minimalist look in the bathroom.
