Three new retailers join KBSA

The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association has announced that three new quality retailers have joined as members. Bank Interiors with a showroom in Kenilworth, Osborne Interiors of Chiswick and S&T Kitchens in Berkshire.

Osborne Interiors is a kitchen design company that offers a complete service from design and planning through to installation and associated building works. It is a Premier Alno dealer, offering the finest in high quality German manufactured kitchens alongside bathrooms and bedrooms.

Roger Wheatland, a director at Osborne Interiors is delighted that membership of the KBSA has already brought in new custom. "Just weeks after joining, we had a new customer come to the showroom having found us via the KBSA website," he reveals. "We put forward a design and the deal was done within three days. The customer currently lives in Australia and was only back in the UK for a short time and has secured her new kitchen with us before flying back to Australia."

Bank Interiors offers luxury contemporary and traditional kitchens by Bontempi, Neptune and Prentice. The company also designs and installs beautiful fitted bathrooms in modern or traditional styles.

S&T Kitchens is the exclusive dealer of Italian brand Scavolini, thought to be the biggest manufacturer in Italy, established since 1961. The brand is well known worldwide by its pure Italian design, innovative ideas and extended range of contemporary and traditionally kitchens to match any style.
S&T has ambitious plans to open a second showroom and to introduce a range of Italian bathrooms.

Ruth Ward, sales & marketing director of the KBSA, says of the new recruits: "We are delighted that retailers of such quality have chosen to join the KBSA and it is a pleasure to welcome them into membership.

"We are now seeing the results of our recent recruitment drive, we have signed up four new members in the last few months and expect to confirm another two or three very soon."

The KBSA is a national trade association founded 30 years ago to promote excellence within the interiors industry and champion consumer protection. More than 300 retailer members throughout the UK support the KBSA.

KBSA members are dedicated to upholding the association's high standards of design, supply, installation and customer service throughout the interiors industry. All members are carefully vetted prior to admission and they must have been trading for at least two years in order to be considered for membership. All members offer ConsumerCare deposit protection or ConsumerCare Plus, which protects the consumer from payment of the deposit to completion of the contract and includes an insurance backed warranty.

In addition, all members are subject to regular monitoring of their businesses to ensure levels of quality are continually maintained.
