De Dietrich

Sadly there wasn't anyone playing the white baby grand piano on the De Dietrich stand when we arrived but there was plenty for us to play with and we were soon engrossed in the exhibits.

Alongside its expanded Core range, De Dietrich launched Premium, a collection of luxury contemporary cutting edge appliances that combine avant-garde concepts with simple to use functionality. The sophisticated design of each appliance incorporates vertical structured lines coupled with a fusion of clear and coloured glass, chrome and stainless steel. All are presented in trendsetting colours within the monochrome palette: Grey Pearl, Black Pearl and White Pearl.

Offering what it believes are the highest specifications on the market, the De Dietrich Premium Collection includes a number of advanced Intelligent Control System (ICS) Ovens.

The new DOP1190GX TFT Touchscreen Oven with ICS, Pyroclean and Interactive Display (available in Grey Pearl, Black Pearl and White Pearl) features a 'Tactilium' touchscreen, which easily navigates the user to the four comprehensive cooking modes: Expert, ICS, Cooking Guide and Low Temperature Cooking. Similarly, the
DOP1170GX Touch Control oven with ICS, Pyroclean and Interactive Display features a stylish touch control panel with monochrome digital display.

Powerful and attractive Continuum induction hobs are added to the Premium collection. New black models range in size from 65cm to 93cm with additions to the collection including DTi105W, a White Pearl glass Dual Continuum Induction Hob, perfect for pure white kitchens. The stunning DTi1199GE is a side-by-side linear Dual Continuum Induction hob presented in Grey Pearl ceramic glass; an exclusive and versatile colour option.

Three new compact 45cm Ovens are introduced to the collection. Each oven is designed to suit different lifestyle needs and offers dual functionality.

Ideally combined with the DOP1170 60cm oven, there is a choice between the DME1195 Compact Combination Microwave Oven, DOM1195 Compact Multifunction Oven and Microwave or DOS1195 Compact Multifunction Pyroclean Oven and Steam functions.

Among the variety of stylish new extractors and hoods in the Premium collection is the powerful yet quiet wall mounted DHD1193GX 90cm Designer Hood (available in Grey Pearl, Black Pearl and White Pearl). This touch control hood features perimeter extraction offers three speeds plus Boost and can be timed to start when required.

New for 2012 is an Eolyse function available in all new models that purifies the air in the kitchen without the need for traditional extraction.
