Rangemaster and Articad: design online for the world renowned range cookers

CAD software specialist for the KBB sector, ArtiCAD, has announced that Rangemaster has chosen its new online design tool  - MyRoomFinish - to help consumers select which model and colour of range cooker would most suit their kitchen.

The new design tool - branded aRangeit by Rangemaster - enables consumers visiting the Rangemaster web site (www.rangemaster.co.uk) to select the size of range cooker they require and then quickly and easily download the aRangeit application. Once in the kitchen, consumers can select different finishes for doors, worktops, flooring, wall colours and, of course, the model and colour of their new Rangemaster cooker from a wide range of different 'thumbnails' at the bottom of the screen.

"This is the first online design tool that we have used," reveals Holly Johnson, Marketing Manager at Nottingham-based Rangemaster.  "We wanted to offer consumers added value. Purchasing a range cooker is a big decision and we want to make it as easy as possible. With aRangeit, consumers can build a kitchen similar to the one they either have or want, and then try different styles and colours of range cookers to see which works best for them.

"aRangeit has been very well received by consumers, with a good click through rate and many consumers using it. We have a huge selection of range cookers for consumers to choose from. aRangeit makes the decision process as easy as possible."
