Hettich opens the way to better sliding doors

* Hettich-TopLine-M.jpgPracticality, performance and style meet in three ingenious and robust sliding door mechanisms now available from Hettich UK. Inline P, TopLine 22 and TopLine M offer special features for particular two/three-door applications, such as flush closing, 'silent' soft close and opening/sliding options on the same cabinet design, creating the option to upgrade to sliding doors as a retrofit.

All three feature in Hettich's new sliding and folding door catalogue put together specially for the UK.

* Hettich-TopLine-M-detail.jpgIf specified in a two-door configuration, InLine P allows wooden doors up to 35-mm thick, 2 m wide and 2.5 m high, and weighing up to 60 kg, to close flush next to each other. Three-door configurations permit a total cabinet width of a maximum 4 m, but still closing flush. The soft close features Silent System as standard.

For large cabinets with wooden or aluminium-frame doors, TopLine 22 offers special runner, and four guide system options which mean the plinth zone can be matched to virtually any furniture design. The two-track runner profile allows mounting on top of the front panel. Silent System can be specified.

TopLine M allows the manufacturer to offer opening or sliding door options on the same cabinet design, which means retrofit upgrades are possible from hinged to sliding doors - a strong selling feature. TopLine M is specially designed for smaller wardrobes and cabinets, ensuring maximum access where space is a bit more limited.

Like TopLine 22, TopLine M is suitable for wooden or aluminium-frame doors, and the bottom guide can be mounted either in front of the bottom panel or hidden out of view below it. A comprehensive range of add-on profiles in aluminium are available, such as door, door-end and cabinet-end profiles.
