The bespoke unit was designed for a discerning kitchen client whose brief was to make a strong design statement, while combining true functionality.

Hanex solid surfacing comes in 12mm thickness and can be cut, shaped, thermoformed and seamlessly jointed offering what is said to be unparalleled design flexibility over any other worksurface material. "It boasts the industry's highest FR rating and NS51 hygiene certification being non porous and high performance," says manufacturer IDS.

Beautifully aesthetic, flexible and functional, the versatile Hanex palette offers 80 finishes including plain colours, sparkling and natural stones and translucent finishes, together with a wide choice of colour matched acrylic sink styles which can be integrally moulded into the surface. Hanex comes in sheets sizes 12mm x 3680 mm x 760mm on all.
