ArtiCAD, Egger and EQ Software to headline business technology event at Blum UK

EQ Software, the provider of KBB business management systems and eCommerce solutions, has teamed up with key industry partners Egger, ArtiCAD and Blum for the first time in a new and exciting project.

The first ever 'Business Technology Event' aimed specifically at the kitchen manufacturing and retail markets is to be held at Blum UK on Thursday 19th July 2012.

The day promises to deliver key elements to help companies maximise their sales potential and business efficiency through use of the very latest software and online technologies. The companies presenting all play a significant part in the overall sales process, from choosing decors, functionality and kitchen design, to online sales and managing projects through to customer sign off.

"In our experience there is a definite imbalance of knowledge in this area," confides Neil Schofield, Marketing Manager of EQ Software. "Assessing the right systems technology can be a difficult task for a busy manufacturer, but in this age of austerity business efficiency should be one of the highest priorities and not be downplayed.

"Every company employs a system to manage the sales process from design to delivery and we want to show how our technologies can streamline that process, while giving kitchen companies a sales edge over their competitors."

The doors open at 09:30for visitors. Representatives from Egger, ArtiCAD, EQ Software and Blum will be on hand to demonstrate and discuss how their systems can be successfully integrated into a company's business operation.

Between 11.00 and 12.00 there will be a formal presentation from each of the exhibitors. Lunch is provided and at 14.00 one lucky visitor will walk away with a brand new iPod Touch in a draw that will be made by Matthew Walmsley, Retail Services Manager of Blum UK. Doors will close at 16.00.
