Calling members of the KBSA: TV opportunity - can you supply a kitchen & appliances for Channel 5’s Cowboy Builders?
Channel Five’s show ‘Cowboy Builders’ is planning to make over some rooms in a property in Bradford, including the kitchen. The programme makers are looking for The Kitchen Bathroom & Bedroom Specialists Association members to offer a kitchen and appliances free of charge in return for the opportunity to be involved in this prime time show, which has attracted up to 2.3 million viewers in previous episodes.
Suppliers will receive web credits and live web links on the Cowboy Builders’ website, which tends to get about 5,000 viewers a week when the show is on air. The web credit will include the names of the products donated, your full company name, your preferred contact number and a live web link back to your own website. Depending on the level of contribution the programme makers may also offer a store visit from Melinda Messenger to chat to a representative of the company and select the kitchen, or a ‘With Thanks’ in the end of show rolling credits.
They are looking for a ‘lovely kitchen,’ possibly cream cabinets and timber or timber laminate worktops. The only problem is the kitchen would need to be delivered on around 7th August as the big reveal will take place on 15th. Obviously this is very short notice, but a great opportunity should anyone be able to do it.
Ideally they are also looking for someone to supply appliances and the items required are listed below:
· Gas hob in stainless steel
· Built in electric double oven and grill stainless steel
· (Stainless steel splashback?)
· Range Hood
· Integrated dish washer
· Integrated washing machine
· Built in fridge freezer
