Latest KBB sales & customer care course impressed delegates
Blum hosted the latest one day Sales & Customer Care course for the KBB industry on 26th September at its training facility in Milton Keynes. The course was attended by 10 delegates who were schooled on the skills and techniques that would help them improve their lead conversions and profitable sales, together with lessons on how to improve customer care and referral business. The course was run by Graham Hayden who has now trained more than 1000 industry delegates on his courses over the last six years.
Giving feedback on what they had learned, Angela O'Brien from The Myers Touch commented: "Very interesting and enjoyable course" whilst Victoria Bratt of Kitchen Matters said: "Graham has great knowledge of the subject field."
