LDL online sales exceed £1 million

LDL Components is delighted to announce it has just exceeded £1 million worth of sales through its website www.ldlonline.co.uk. Launched at KBB Birmingham last March, the website is updated regularly. The following features have just been added:

* Trade order form
* Updated account section for customers to view invoices and credit notes, and option to pay invoices online
* New 'Add to Favourites' facility so that regular items are in one place for quick and easy ordering
* Nett price list download facility enabling the latest prices to be imported as an Excel file to update customers' own systems
* Stock check facility

The website presents the entire LDL stock range of over 3,500 products in a readily accessible format. Other features of the site include a new product section and an e-gallery enabling retailers to download images for use on their own websites or in their promotional material.

Technical information and product installation videos can also be accessed via the site, along with a section dedicated to clearance items.

LDL also guarantees next day delivery on orders received up until 16.30.

LDL Components specialises in quality products for the premium end of the market and is the largest UK distributor offering Blum drawer and hinge components, the sole agent for Peka wirework and the main distributor for Wesco. New products are added continuously, the most recent being the Giara range of Italian handmade handles introduced early this week.
