Burbidge appoints new sales & marketing manager

UK kitchen frontals and accessories manufacturer, Burbidge, has appointed a new sales & marketing manager as the long-standing business continues to expand.

As part of its strategic growth plan, Burbidge has appointed Neil Conway in this new role which has been created to further develop and strengthen the flourishing business's product offer.

In his new role Neil will be responsible for aligning the sales & marketing teams and ensuring they work closely together, as well as developing Burbidge's continually expanding product and service offer. His duties will also stretch to strengthening Burbidge's Premium Partner brand network.

Previously Neil was head of business development for a subsidiary of Building Contractor Geoffrey Osborne. Neil has worked with a broad spectrum of high-profile customers including B&Q and Travis Perkins.

I'm delighted to have joined such a well-respected and established business and although this is a new sector for me, I'm sure that my previous experience will be extremely beneficial," says Neil. "Having worked with prestigious customers in the past, I'm used to delivering the highest level of product quality and impeccable customer service; this is something I will ensure I bring to Burbidge as I oversee the sales team, several key accounts and the marketing output of the business."

Ben Burbidge, managing director, adds: "As Burbidge continues to grow, part of our strategy was to create a new sales & marketing manager role to align both parts of the business more closely.

"Neil's appointment comes at a time when we are building sales of our entire portfolio of products - kitchen frontals and accessories and more recently the market-leading Blum hinge, drawer and lifting systems after our acquisition of Woodfit late last year. We're confident that Neil's wealth of experience will be hugely beneficial to us as we continue to develop the business further throughout this year."
