Welcome to the
KBzine
It’s that time of year again when I go back to my hippie roots and immerse myself in the world of tents and compost loos, drum circles, gong baths, World music and Indian head massages… Yes – we’re off on our break and this is the last issue of KBzine until Friday, 30th August, which seems like a lifetime away as I write, but which no doubt, will pass all too quickly, as holidays do.
I must confess that the thought of back-to-our-roots compost loos is infinitely better than being on the receiving end of the pranksters who’ve realised that they can operate other people’s programmable loos from a distance, via Smartphone apps. Unfortunate users have, apparently, had them continuously flushed while they were trying to spend a penny, while others have had their nether regions blasted with hot air or water, or sometimes cold air or freezing water, when they’ve not expected it. I must admit that the story made me chuckle, but I have to say: “Rather them than me!”
If you’re a supplier, please continue to send in your news for consideration over the break so I’ll have plenty to choose from when it comes to compiling the next issue – it makes life so much easier! And of course with the click-through rates to our editorials and ad links remaining high, you just might want to consider advertising too…
We’ll talk again at the end of the month!
Yours,
9th August 2013
