KBSA recognises customer service winners at AGM

* MikeHughesCustomerServiceAward.jpgBillesley Manor Hotel in Warwickshire was the scene of The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association's AGM and national meeting, during which its customer service awards were presented by charismatic speaker Nigel Botterill.

CEO Graham Ball says: "As someone who has built eight separate £ multi-million companies, we thought Nigel was the ideal person for this job. He delivered a stunning presentation first in his usual inspirational way, and then presented our awards.

"This new Award, sponsored by The Private Heath Partnership, is designed to recognise excellence in customer service. A key differentiator for the independent retailer is the personal service and project management skills that they provide, something that we are proud to promote on their behalf.
"The level of customer satisfaction that KBSA retailers achieve is exceedingly high, making these retailers very worthy winners."

The winner is decided from the results of the KBSA's ongoing independent customer survey that scores the showroom on nine different areas, ranging from design and quote explanation, through to tidiness on the job, value for money, and after-sales service.

Nigel then presented the awards to this year's overall winner. Interiors from Cumbria, with Diane Berry Kitchens (Manchester), and Castles Kitchens (Devon) gained joint runner-up places.

Graham Ball concluded by saying: "To me, the key to this award is the fact that it was decided ultimately by customers of KBSA retailers, and I am delighted that we have so many dedicated and talented professionals in the organisation. It's very heartening and I'm confident for the members' future when they continue to deliver inspirational - yet practical design solutions at real value-for-money prices, week in and week out."
