Deserved promotion for Laura Weeks!

As yet another example of how Crosswater promotes from within, Laura Weeks has been promoted from the Sales Office to the new role of Marketing Communications Officer for the Crosswater Group.

Laura gained an Honours Degree in Marketing at Sheffield Hallam University, and will concentrate on Crosswater's online and social media marketing channels, work closely with the sales team creating dealer marketing support and develop further all Crosswater's product, promotion and marketing communications.

"I love working for Crosswater; the products are fabulous and the relationship with our customers is unique!"enthuses Laura. "My degree is in Marketing so using it to develop Crosswater's increasingly ambitious marketing plans will be fascinating."

Marten Baker, head of marketing at Crosswater explains why Laura has been chosen for the role: "Laura has a great understanding of our business having worked at the coalface. Combining this experience with her marketing skills and the sheer grit and determination she has already demonstrated in the business will make a huge contribution to our communications plans."
