KBSA: New Year resolutions!
The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association tells us that, having analysed the results of its recent research project, it is going to work towards repositioning itself in order to develop consumer interest and awareness. This will include new messaging and a new value proposition for both consumers and current / potential members.
"Consumer security will remain part of the offer, but not the lead," it promises, revealing that the website will be refreshed to encourage consumer engagement, there will be new initiatives for its social media campaigns as well as with corporate brands to focus on lead generation, improved customer service data, an upgraded Code of Practice and new Consumer Pledge and an enhanced audit processes for retailers to ensure compliance with membership criteria.
"We cannot do all this overnight, but will phase as many in as and when they are ready, with many parts being finalised to enable us to launch some at KBB 2014 at the NEC from 2th - 5th March 2014," it says. "We are targeting to have most of the initiatives completed within the next 12 months."
