Marc takes stock in new managerial role at BagnoDesign's European HQ

Following the opening of its new European headquarters in Leeds, BagnoDesign has appointed Marc Hince to the position of Warehouse and Logistics Manager.

In his new role, Marc will oversee the smooth running of the 20,000 square foot warehouse, ensuring goods are stored safely, processing orders, organising the dispatch and delivery of the company's wide portfolio of bathroom solutions, overseeing health and safety and managing a team of staff.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge to his position, Marc has over 15 years supply chain management experience. Whilst this is his first role within the kbb industry, Marc is well used to working in a fast-paced environment, having held multi-site responsibilities in his previous roles, facilitating over 6,500 high street outlets throughout the UK with next day deliveries.

Commenting on his decision to join BagnoDesign, Marc said: "It's a company that understands the need to put the customers at the centre of everything and the need to put its staff at the heart of what it does. Not only does it want to supply the best products, it wants to give best customer experience, which includes the often hidden side of stock management and delivery.

"The main challenge for me as Warehouse and Logistics Manager is in ensuring that our logistics and warehousing functions meet the standards and integrity of the products and therefore the expectations of the customer - our standard has to be, right first time, on time, every time."
