Two more speakers secured for Conference

* CMcLellan.jpgPursuing the Bathroom & Kitchen Business Conference theme of 'Marketing the Future', two more speakers, who are renowned for fresh and youthful thinking, have been signed up to the speakers programme.

They are Heather Sophia Athié, Account Director at Mynewsdesk, and Clif McLellan (pictured), Vice President, Global Water Division, NSF International.

"I like to challenge clients to rethink their approach to communications in the ever changing digital landscape," says Heather. "A good story is only half the battle. The other half is getting it out there."

Heather will speak about telling the story the right way, to the right people, at the right time. She manages an account base of over 100 clients, working together with them to ensure they get the most out of collaborating with MyNewsDesk.com - the all-in-one brand newsroom and multimedia PR platform. Over 5,000 brands as diverse as Costa Coffee, Allianz, Volkswagen, Canon, Nectar, UNICEF, Sitecore, Bury Council and Virgin Trains use their Mynewsdesk newsrooms to publish and distribute their content.

Michigan-based Clif McLellan is an innovator and leader who has earned respect from water industry leaders, academia and regulatory officials at an international level. He will speak about how our industry can use product standards and test results as a marketing tool and USP.

"With increasing globalisation of the supply chain, integrity and trust become even more important," he says. "Test results can differentiate a brand." Clif's strong technical expertise in the water sector, track record of operational excellence, and his ability to deliver the right solution to meet client needs, made him a natural choice. NSF International is an independent organisation that writes standards, tests and certifies products for the food, water and consumer goods industries to minimise adverse health effects and protect the environment (nsf.org).

Conference speakers, this year, will concentrate on the theme 'Marketing the Future' to encourage delegates from both the bathroom and kitchen industries to look beyond their office desks and outside their normal comfort zones. Fresh and youthful thinking will dominate. New ideas and stretching boundaries will be pinned firmly to the agenda. The conference on Tuesday 7th October and its fringe events on Monday 6th will be held at the stunning Heythrop Park Conference Centre, Enstone, Oxfordshire.
