It's a proven fact that many consumers now turn to the Internet, not only to source the right tradesmen, but to also find out more about them - including reviews, social feedback and recommendations.
The Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installers tells us it is using social media more and more to communicate its message for a variety of commercially savvy reasons... it’s easy to do, free and is a modern way to communicate on a number of devices including smart phones, laptops and tablets.
Working with social media experts and the new Barclays Digital Eagles team, the iKBBI will be hosting a number of free web seminars for followers over the summer via its Facebook and Twitter pages.
The topics will predominantly focus on the use of social media to help grow small businesses and will form part of a bigger initiative to encourage iKBBI members to create and/or develop their online presence. Registering for the events is free and easy.
