The Swiss experience

Ripples franchisees and showroom managers had the pleasure of visiting the world class Roca Zaha Hadid Architects gallery in London earlier this month. The team caught up with the latest product developments of Swiss company Laufen and in particular its exciting new Kartell range.

The Ripples team and Laufen operate similar core values with design and quality at the heart of both companies' business philosophy.

Ripples managing director Paul Crow says: "We try as a group to invest as much time as we can with our suppliers and always believe the right way forward is one of partnership and mutual investment. Laufen were great hosts and the day was crowned off with excellent hospitality and of course a few cocktails at the nearby Raffael hotel!"
