New & innovative product for members unveiled
The Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installers is proud to unveil a co-developed innovative software solution for its members, allowing them to produce instant and professionally designed quotes, estimates, invoices and receipts for their customers.
Working with Hertfordshire based YourTradeBase.co.uk the iKBBI says that the software solution enables members to instantly produce professionally formatted commercial documents, to include KBB-specific terms & conditions as well as invoice creation, tracking and payment processing.
The software complies with Office of Fair Trading regulation and guidelines, supporting users in the provision of clear and itemised pricing for their customers and is available for use across multi-devices including laptops, tablets and smart phones.
iKBBI founder Damian Walters commented on the new software product by saying: "The ability to provide professional looking and instant paperwork for customers will support our members win more business via an enhanced credibility and professional customer interface, as well as saving members time and money versus traditional paper administrative processes.
"We often support members and consumers with disputes relating to a lack of contract clarity. This new and cost-effective solution will eradicate these types of issues and ensure fair and clear expectations are set for both our members and their customers. YourTradeBase is the product of a collaborated effort between tradesman and co-founder Dean Taylor (pictured) and IT developer Adam Austin. YourTradeBase launched its first generation product in 2010 and has grown in popularity since.
The iKBBI is the UK's first and only Government sanctioned and not-for-profit registered organisation dedicated to the kitchen, bedroom & bathroom installation industry.
