iKBBI Inspectors: A great response

The Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installers announced last month that it was recruiting a national network of specialist inspectors to support a variety of activities, including work with The Furniture Ombudsmen dispute resolution collaboration.

Responses have been overwhelming with over 150 applications received in just under a month.

"The response has been fantastic"" reports iKBBI business development manager Lisa Dines. "We've had responses from a wide range of people within the industry, to include our members, retail installation managers, specialist gas & electrical engineers and professional witnesses already operating within other areas of dispute resolution."

The iKBBI will now take its time reviewing all applications and will be conducting a series of open days in June / July, inviting people in to discuss the opportunity.

"The deadline for applications has now passed and we would like to thank everyone for their interest," adds Lisa. "I will personally communicate with each applicant over the coming weeks with next step details."
