New sales director for Portway

Portway Domestic Appliances has announced the appointment of the very popular Jack White as sales director. Jack, 25, has worked his way up through the business since he joined as a warehouse assistant eight years ago.

"Jack's an outstanding sales professional with a huge personality," says commercial director, John Bainbridge.

"Its obvious Jack loves the business and his enthusiasm is infectious. Jack has been learning the distribution business since he left school and will no doubt be a huge part of its future."

Jack adds: "I've been involved in the business since before I can remember, it's in my blood. The team at Portway has always encouraged my involvement in the company and I am thrilled to be part of the future growth of the business."

Portway is a private limited company specialising the in the national distribution of white goods brands to independent electrical retailers. Based in Andover, Hants, Portway can deliver nationally, twice weekly."
