Made up of premium-design, multi-door models, Haier's new 70 Series range of combi fridge-freezers is characterised by best-in-class performance in energy efficiency (A++) and low noise level (38dB), as well as excellent access via both the refrigerator door and ergonomic pull-out drawers.
The 70 Series fridge-freezers all feature an XXL capacity to provide the maximum amount of storage space, while the flexible MyZone compartment and a host of easy-to-use features encourage the creativity of users in their kitchen.
Named after its 70cm width, the 70 Series is the latest addition to Haier's refrigeration product ranges, with two models launching in the UK this Summer: the 3D (three-door) 70 Series and the 4D (four-door) 70 Series.
With the 60 Series, 90 Series, 100 Series and now the new 70 Series, Haier has one of the widest selections of multi-door, high-capacity refrigerators on the market. These products, designed especially for the European market, give consumers yet more choice.
New-generation refrigeration for a new kitchen experience... the refrigerator is often the starting point for inspiration in the kitchen. The Haier 3D 70 Series and 4D 70 Series models have been crafted with many features designed to make life easier for large families, catering for their particular storage needs and consumption habits. The large total capacity is split between three easily-accessible compartments: the refrigerator, the freezer and the adjustable MyZone compartment.
With an A++ energy rating, the 3D 70 Series and 4D 70 Series refrigerators are up to 40% more energy efficient than an A rated model, offering environmental benefits and energy savings to the consumer.
The 70 Series is equipped with a Digital Inverter Compressor to guarantee optimal energy performance and minimise temperature variation inside the refrigerator and freezer compartments. This also guarantees quiet operation, making the noise level of these new fridge-freezers amongst the lowest available at just 38 dB.
For perfect hygiene, the refrigerator compartment is equipped with Haier's trademark Anti-Bacterial Technology (ABT). This technology, specially developed by Haier, uses UV lighting to eliminate bacteria in the refrigerator airflow, allowing food to be kept fresher for longer.
MyZone is an ultra-practical concept, giving users an additional, independent storage compartment. The temperature of the MyZone compartment can be adjusted between -3° C and +5° C, according to user needs. This temperature control allows for optimal food preservation, maintaining the taste and nutritional qualities of food over longer periods of time. The MyZone compartment can be used to store all kinds of food, such as fish, meat, fruit and vegetables for family meals, or ice cream for hot Summer days.
The 70 Series fridge-freezers are the first Haier refrigerators to feature the 'Instant Cool Box', a new innovation created to meet a specific user need. This box, contained within the MyZone compartment, can be used to cool drinks in record time - perfect for spontaneous gatherings and last-minute invites!
No Frost' cooling technology ensures that the freezer compartment remains frost-free and provides better cool air distribution throughout the refrigerator.
The inside of the refrigerator uses LED Tower lighting, to easily guide users to the item they are looking for. LED lighting consumes less energy than conventional lighting and lasts longer than incandescent bulbs. Moreover, the diodes do not emit heat. An additional light has also been added at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment, perfectly lighting the freezer space when it is accessed.
For peace of mind, the Haier 70 Series fridge-freezers are backed by a 10-year compressor warranty. The compressor is one of the most important pieces of any refrigerator, situated in the core of the cooling system. With this warranty, Haier reassures users of the exhaustive and precise design work that has gone into producing this refrigerator, a product which will maintain optimal performance levels year after year.
The 70 Series uses a Double Cooling system of two separate evaporators controlled by a single compressor. By adjusting the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer compartments separately, users can maintain an appropriate of humidity in each compartment, also avoiding any transfer of odours between compartments.
Haier has a dedicated promotion plan across three major European markets (UK, France and Germany) for this important product launch.
