The Kitchen Concept Student Award winner will be announced at the awards evening as the judging process has taken place at Bucks New University as part of the course assessment.
Judge Renee Mascari, owner of Mascari Design Solutions, and CEO of the kbbNTG, said: "The KBSA Design award entries this year demonstrates the design led talent our industry has to offer today's consumer. The kitchen concept category delivered the very best in terms of creative design and aspiration, high lighting the skills required from kitchen designers to deliver designs for living spaces, not just kitchens. Congratulations to the winners, those shortlisted and the young designers for having the courage to enter!"
The winners will be announced at the KBSA AGM, National Meeting and networking dinner being held at The Welcombe Hotel, Stratford on Avon, on 16th September 2015.
Ruth Ward, sales & marketing director, said: "We are delighted with the level of entries this year, despite members being rushed off their feet with increased business levels, leaving little time for activities such as these.
"I think this shows how important these Awards have now become for our members, and the PR associated with them is of tremendous value to them. It will showcase the excellence in design our members are proud to display, and we are looking forward to announcing this year's winners in September.''
The judges were Renee Mascari; Richard Hibbert, managing director, The Kitchen Showroom; Martin Thomas, director Denmore Kitchen Studio, and Ben Jones, project design manager, Omega. Members can now book their places at the Awards presentation evening by contacting Dawn Harlow via:
