PWS's flagship Southern Design Centre opens for business

* PWS_Southern_Design_Centre.jpgPWS is understandably proud to announce the opening of its new Southern Design Centre. Representing a £1.5m investment, the Centre showcases the complete PWS product offer, including their latest contemporary kitchen collection BioGraphy, alongside the company's established Second Nature and 1909 brands.

With 27 realistically-sized kitchen displays, across 7,000sq.ft on the ground floor, along with a design hub with sample doors representing over 70 furniture ranges, an additional 6,000sq.ft footprint upstairs is home to a Kessebohmer gallery, Sensio lighting and other key fittings.

Kindred, the Danesmoor Group's new complete bedroom brand, currently previewing ahead of an October launch, takes pride of place on the second floor with 14 displays and a samples area.

An extensive range of worksurfaces are on display throughout the showroom, featuring PWS's diverse and comprehensive suite of granite, quartz, solid and timber materials and leading brands that are available on a national basis.

"Over 160 customers, across three days, visited the Centre for its grand opening," reports John Lennon, PWS' managing director. "Their feedback has been resoundingly positive. Our customers will have the opportunity to use the Centre as a regular venue for conducting business discussions with their own clients.

"This significant project is part of a broader package of investments in developing our business, including the expansion of our sales team to nine Southern-based area sales managers.

"In addition we are strengthening our product lines, quality and service levels, which customers will reap the benefits from in the months ahead."

The Centre also includes a 30-seater conference room and several informal meeting areas; facilities designed for customers to use for meetings when bringing their clients to view and specify products.

Visits to the Southern Design Centre are by appointment only, with opening hours of 09:00 to 17:00. With convenient access to the M4 corridor, M25 and the M40 towards Oxford and the Midlands, the Centre is well located to attract customers from the southern region and Midlands area.
