Product launch success
The recent success of Utopia's Spring Product Launch has surpassed the company's expectations, with significant numbers of new displays featuring i-line, Symmetry and Encurva, appearing in retailer showrooms.
According to the company, the benefit of this major product launch is gathering real pace, despite the difficult market conditions. Stunning new displays are appearing nationwide as many retailers respond to both the products and Utopia's new showroom display concept.
Reaction to the product launch has been exceptional as Mark Bailey, Sales Director at Utopia explains: "Some of our retailers who had attended the launch felt compelled to email or write in, expressing their thanks and congratulating us on the professionalism, magnitude and overall experience of their visit."
A similar sentiment was received by one of Utopia's retailers recently. Staff at Master Bathrooms in Rickmansworth, Herts, recently arrived at work to find a letter pushed through the door. The note had been written by a female commuter who walks past the showroom window each day.
She had posted the letter the morning after a brand new Utopia Symmetry display had been unveiled in the window and had felt compelled to write the note, as the display had not only caused her to 'stop in her tracks' but she thought that in the current climate, it was fantastic to see a retailer with both initiative and positivity.
"It was a really fantastic surprise to find this letter," says Danny Garraway of Master Bathrooms. "We put a lot of time and effort into creating this window display, so to receive acknowledgment makes it all worthwhile.
"The display has created quite a stir, passers-by are coming inside to see the rest of the showroom, drawn in by the fabulous new Utopia window display".
