I am pleased to confirm the following dates and venues for my Sales and Customer care courses Jan-April 2012. I do hope that companies will send their delegates along to these courses as the benefit will be increased profitable sales for their organisations.
Over the last five years, I have trained over 770 KBB delegates on my courses and helped them improve their skills in delivering exceptional customer care (thereby ensuring prompt payments and extra referral business) and increase their business in a very competitive market.
The courses are split into two levels. Level 1 is aimed at new entrants and anyone in the industry that deals with clients and wants to understand the basics of selling. It is also an ideal refresher for sales staff.
Level 2 gives a revision of level 1 and looks at business planning from a sales perspective together with proven techniques that ensure that you are 'on the same wavelength as your customer', thereby increasing your opportunities to close the sale effectively and profitably.
Delegates that book on any level 1 together with any level 2 will be entitled to a 50% discount on the published rates.
My courses are accredited by the KBB NTG and CITB Construction skills (grants available for businesses in scope).
