Hotpoint is now offering the complete kitchen solution with the exclusive launch of two new collections of sinks and taps at the show. The new Luce and NewStyle collections mark Hotpoint's entry into the sinks and taps sector for the first time in its 100-year history.

Kitchen specialists were able to see how the collections fully complement the existing Luce and NewStyle ranges on specially designed displays and a series of cookery demonstrations by 2008 Masterchef winner and professional chef James Nathan, showed how well everything worked together and underlined the attributes of Luce's Direct Flame gas hob and SX1046LPX mono-control single oven to perfection!

I only wish I could have sat and watched the entire demonstration and sampled the finished dishes...

Hotpoint's Italian minimalist designed Luce collection has expanded to include seven composite and stainless steel sinks and four beautifully designed double lever taps. All Luce sinks have matching profiles with the same dimensions and product depth from the worktop as Luce's award winning hobs, so they co-ordinate and align perfectly.

The two composite sinks are not only dirt repellent and scratch proof, but are also naturally anti-bacterial. The sinks are made from Hotpoint's Diamond Clean material, which is made up from only quartz and acrylic with round edges and can reduce bacterial growth by up to 95%.

Luce's four stainless steel sinks are made from AISI 18/10 grade material so we are told they'll look as stunning as the day they were fitted for years to come.

The sinks are complemented by a range of ultra-stylish accessories including chopping boards, colanders and drainer baskets.

The three Luce taps have a striking, modern design and feature a balanced two lever water system for consistent water delivery, even where water pressure is low.

Hotpoint's NewStyle collection now includes six composite and 14 stainless steel sinks, along with two double lever taps with a pull out nozzle, four conventional double lever taps and a single mixer tap. The collection is completed with a range of co-ordinating chopping boards, colanders and drainer baskets.

Like the Luce collection, the sinks have been designed to match perfectly with the dimensions and profiles of hobs in the NewStyle range. The composite sinks are crafted from Hotpoint's Diamond+ material, which is naturally anti-bacterial, scratchproof, stain resistant and heat resistant up to 200 degrees C. The stainless steel sinks are made from AISI 18/10 grade material that stays brilliant and bright, even after decades of use.

The co-ordinating NewStyle taps feature a balanced two lever water system to ensure consistent delivery, even at very low water pressure.

Luce sinks, taps and accessories will be available through Crown Imperial (Waterline and Allied) and O'Neill's.

The NewStyle sinks and taps collection is available predominantly through Swift, with some items also available through Crown Imperial and O'Neill's.
