BCG adds value to its keenly priced service with Airmiles
Kitchen, bathroom and heating distributor BCG now offers its customers Airmiles against their purchases, following its launch of the travel reward scheme at the start of the year.
The incentive scheme, which has been enthusiastically embraced by all of BCG's key suppliers, offers customers the chance to collect Airmiles across a broad range of the BCG product portfolio, with a higher number of miles being awarded for specific product ranges and promotions.
BCG Customers signing up to the scheme have a company Airmiles account credited with Airmiles awarded each time a purchase is made. They will accumulate Airmiles on a monthly basis with the ability to distribute those to individuals within their own businesses to employees and customers as they wish.
"Our customers already benefit from competitive pricing across all of our product brands and this will remain," explains Chris Honer, Managing Director of BCG. "However, in today's ferociously competitive market, I feel it is more important than ever to give customers something back. That is why we have negotiated this exclusive three-year Airmiles deal with The Mileage Company.
"It is the first incentive scheme of this magnitude within the industry and provides BCG with a distinct advantage over its competitors. As a business-to-business scheme, BCG is breaking new ground by offering its customers a way of earning and rewarding Airmiles throughout a business rather than an individual accumulating miles for their own personal use.
"This creates an positive double whammy for our customers - not only do they benefit from our keen prices and excellent service, but they also get an extra reward in the form of Airmiles for the employees that work for the companies that purchase from us, not just the organisation.
"By continuing to trade with BCG, it will enable that business to reward any individual within the company with as many or as few Airmiles as they like. We are adding increased benefit to our customer without jeopardising our existing business or service."
