Available now: a new remote-controlled extraction concept from De Dietrich

* De-Dietrich-Updraft-Extractor.jpgWith a reputation for pioneering many new appliance concepts, De Dietrich has launched the Updraft Extractor.

The 88cm DHD1190B is part of the De Dietrich Premium collection and is fitted within overhead cabinetry. Like the Downdraft version, it is hidden from view until required - and then descends at the touch of the remote control. The Updraft also features a 14 Watt low consumption LED light that automatically illuminates when the extractor is in operation, thus making a feature of the appliance at night.

This extractor can be installed above all types of hob and can be used in a choice of extraction or recirculation modes.

This stylish stainless steel extractor features four extraction speeds with a maximum extraction rate of 800m?/h and a minimum noise level of 45dB(A) at level 1. It also has a number of further features including a Delayed Stop function where the appliance will continue to operate to remove all cooking fumes from the kitchen for up to 15 minutes after the extractor has switched off.

Furthermore, the unique Eolyse (100% fresh air) function purifies air in the kitchen without the need for traditional extraction. The Eolyse filter can be pre-set for one hour when activated using the control panel, which can be adjusted to between two and nine hours. Should the extractor be left on inadvertently, there is an energy-saving auto safety shut off feature after four hours.

This extractor comes with removable metal grease filters and the appliance features a filter saturation indicator together with a grease and smell saturation indicator.
