Phoenix Inspirational Bathrooms continues in its quest to provide the bathroom market with an injection of inspiration during these tough trading times with some more stunning new designs of high quality product at a realistic retail price backed up with the company's usual high standards of customer service and after sales support.
This stunning Assai bath with glossy purple surround, which features in the company's equally stunning 2013 brochure, dares to be different. As demand grows for statement bathrooms, Phoenix is setting high standards with the latest in contemporary bold design.
The Assai bath is also available as a stock item with White, Black or Grey surround and is offered in two sizes 1700 x 750 and 1800 x 800 and is surprisingly affordable.
"Phoenix Whirlpools has recognised that during these very tough trading times it is essential to provide the best support and service levels to our customers," says the company's Development Director Adrian Thomas. "With this in mind we have been carrying out a review of all areas of our business to ensure that we are able to back up what has become one of the UK's leading ranges of the high quality, designer led products at realistic retail price points with a level of service that matches our customer expectations.
"We offer higher than usual margins for our customers and with a very strict internet trading policy we are one of the very few manufacturers that not only supports our online customers, but is in turn able to protect the margins of our core showroom retailers. This is a balance that very few of our competitors seem to have been unable to succeed in achieving."
Phoenix will now be despatching all of its stock lines to the majority of the UK to be with customers within 48 hours from receipt of order. The company believes that this improvement in its delivery schedule is essential to customers and says it has also recognised the importance of providing a designer led product range, available from stock, to not only compete with the ranges on offer from distributors on a short lead time, but also supplied more quickly than most other manufacturers direct.
"We have also been investing time in our internal processes to ensure that we can provide the levels of back up to meet our customer expectations in all other areas," continues Adrian.
"Whilst there is no magic wand or switch on the wall that we can turn on, we have already implemented a number of improvements, and we will continue to strive towards improving not only our product offering but other aspects of our service and supply ability.
