Karonia introduces Mistral Connect
Solid surface specialist Karonia is introducing Mistral Connect, a retailer partnership scheme, as a key part of the evolution of the Mistral brand.
In the five years since its launch at KBB 2010, retailers up and down the UK have enthusiastically embraced the Mistral concept and now Karonia wants to engage further with the retailer network.
As Andrew Pickup, Karonia director, explains: "We see Mistral Connect as a philosophy rather than simply being about sending out brochures and samples. Yes, we want to ensure our retailers have the appropriate tools and assistance to maximise all sales opportunities, but it is also about combining our specialist knowledge of solid surface with retailers' comprehensive experience and understanding of the consumer to form a blueprint for the future."
Through Mistral Connect, Karonia will regularly update retailers with news, offers and all company developments as well as directing customers enquiring about Mistral to their local showroom and providing retailers with dynamic marketing support.
