Burbidge recruits experienced industry figure to head up the Bathroom Furniture Co.
Burbidge has appointed Mark Bailey to head up its new bathroom division, The Bathroom Furniture Co. by Burbidge.
Bringing with him a wealth of experience gained with market leading bathroom furniture manufacturers, Mark was strategically hand-picked by the business to develop and head up its newly launched bathroom arm.
In a true meeting of minds, Mark and Burbidge have been working in close partnership, from the initial inception to delivery of the new bathroom range, using his intimate knowledge of the market and drawing on Burbidge's unrivalled manufacturing capabilities to create a truly unique bathroom offer.
A genuine industry guru, Mark previously occupied the role of sales & marketing director at Utopia Bathrooms prior to which he worked in senior sales and marketing roles at KBB giants JT Ellis & Co and Armitage Shanks.
Now active in his new role at Burbidge, Mark will be responsible for not only propelling the bathroom offer and gaining market share but using the new division to raise the profile of the Burbidge brand as an entirety.
"Although it isn't widely known, we have been successfully supplying some of the UK's leading bathroom brands with a range of decorative components for a number of years," reveals Ben Burbidge, managing director of Burbidge. "In fact, we have actually provided various tailor-made products to Mark over the last 15 years which is why, in already having a good understanding of our brand and of course the market, it is so fitting to have him on board.
