Yesterday I walked across London's Waterloo Bridge with a grin so big it was attracting attention... And it wasn't just because I was off to lunch at the Savoy for KBZine's sister publication Cleanzine (www.thecleanzine.com) - or that later I was due to attend a chilled desert and muffin tasting evening (if you've ever wondered why I'm overweight, now you know!) - it was because of where I'd just been. I still can't quite believe what happened yesterday morning so I'm hoping that writing it down will help it to sink in... I had been to a pre-launch event at The Cube by Electrolux, which is opening at Southbank Centre in London today (on the roof of the Royal Festival Hall!) and running until the end of September. This incredible dining concept brings together some of the most pioneering and innovative chefs in the UK... people whose food I've drooled over on Masterchef - and here they were to chat to whist I ate the food they'd prepared using Electrolux Professional expertise!
